Who we are

History

RSE Associates, Inc. was established in 2001 by Richmond So, and has since expanded into a multi-disciplinary international firm. With offices across the United States, RSE has successfully completed award winning projects throughout America, Europe and Asia. Our principals and engineers have extensive and diverse experience in complex and demanding projects. We provide the technical ability of a large international firm with the personal service of a small firm.
